Letter of Authorization

3. Verify account number and transfer PIN before submission

4. Attach invoice and ID in the same port request record

5. Generate and sign the LOA before sending to the carrier

The request can be saved today and reviewed below. The final LOA screen should be where the customer confirms the wording, applies a digital signature, and completes payment before the order is submitted.
